1. Returning an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide details: Include the product name, image, and reason for return. The more information you provide, the better we can assist you.
- Choose your return method: Select your preferred method: drop-off at a designated location or schedule a pickup.
- Submit your request: Finalize your return request via WhatsApp, ensuring all necessary details are included.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: All items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, labels, tags, and gifts (if applicable) included.
- Packaging: Keep the original packaging to ensure a smooth and easy return process.
- Custom-made products: Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund except in cases where there is a defect caused by us. Inspect your custom-made order thoroughly upon delivery, as the 7-day return period does not apply to these items.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refund approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned item. You’ll receive updates via SMS/email, and the refund will be credited to your account within 3-7 business days.

5. Return Rejection

7. Important Notes
- Items returned after the 7-day return window will not be accepted.
